She trains her arse off to become the navy seal she’s always wanted to be, and you can do the same. Feel 22 minutes of what Demi Moore goes through in this movie with the 22 Minute Hard Corps Base workout program.  It’s short but it’ll kick your arse.


So, give yourself a day to be lazy – just one, and watch these movies that’ll get you motivated to work out. Then, choose the online fitness program that appeals to you and commit to it. Netflix isn’t going anywhere, and it’ll be even more satisfying to watch post workout.

The term ‘diet’ has a bad connotation as it is. After all, it’s a word associated with all kinds of unrealistic meal plans that promise just as unrealistic results. But with so many of us being desperate to get in the best shape of our lives, these fad diets seem tempting. Here are some of the worst diets that have likely caught your attention but that should be avoided at all costs.

Pomegranate Diet

There’s no denying that pomegranates have natural fat burning elements and are packed with antioxidants. They’re one of the best super fruits out there due to their high nutritional value. However, let’s get serious – you need to eat more than just pomegranates. By all means, add pomegranates into your meal plan but refrain from eating nothing else. The reality is they will certainly help you achieve your goals, but you need to have more than just that.


Apple Cider Vinegar

We debated even putting this diet on the list because we didn’t want to risk informing people about it. However, we know our audience knows better than to eat a tapeworm so it can eat the food you consume. Yes, this is an actual diet that many people have died from. Not only can it be difficult to remove the tapeworm, we’re talking about ingested a parasite, which is just insane. Plus, this diet is not sustainable so even if you survive and get the tapeworm out, you’ll gain all the weight back.


Cabbage Soup Diet

With a word like cabbage being associated with the diet, many people think this option is a healthy one, but don’t be fooled. Just like the pomegranate diet, you can’t just eat one thing for the rest of your life. Your body will go into shock and you’ll feel awful while eating the cabbage soup diet. You’ll feel even worse once you see the results reverse when you go back to regular eating.
